Do not Insult your Students!

Mostly I found teachers insulting their students like: “You’re barely passing my class and with grades like this. I’m just not sure what kind of future you are going to have. You were supposed to graduate this year. What kind of future do you think for yourself?”

With all due respect, don’t call students a failure. Failure is not even a person in fact. And teachers talk about the future, but they are not preparing us for that. Would you agree that in the future most careers will become automated? So, the people who succeed will have to be curious, innovative, with resilient to adapt to new changes.

Creativity

My point is to get information and test it. And that’s just real, but in today’s world, creativity is the most important leadership skill. Because who cares what you know. In the future, people will be hired because of what they can do with their knowledge. Creativity solves real-world problems.

Billionaire founder of Alibaba-Jack Ma said: “We should not compete with artificial intelligence, but focus on developing unique human intelligence.” 

So, we should leave behind these repetitive, knowledge-based tasks or in the future, there will be a lot of graduated students with degrees in their hands, right into the unemployment line.

Try to Change the Educating Method

So, I say this with unease and sorrow if the teachers continue to teach today as they teach yesterday, they rob us students of tomorrow. I’m gonna keep it real-sometimes sitting in the class is tough, I’m constantly thinking if I don’t look up at the clock maybe it will speed up. So, I listen to the teacher to do my work and pay attention and it feels like an hour had gone by when it was only 3 minutes!

So, if teachers wonder why students are bored in the class look you want to get a kid to hate reading. 

A man once said: “You can lead a horse, but you can’t make him drink. Firstly, you put salt in the hae of that horse and make him thirsty.” 

And this way there will be joy in the class. Any bad student will be good if he or she discovers the charm of true learning.

Teachers have the most Important Job on this Planet

They build, create and save lives. But if they really care about the future of their students, then they have to honestly ask themselves: “How do I prepare a child for a future that doesn’t yet exist?” The answer to this question is not found in the textbook, it’s using the mind and heart.

See in the future we need more passion and understanding. These tests may be 70% of the grade, but they are 0% of the future. Along with teachers, parents also pressurize their children to get straight A’s and A*’s so they should need to give some space to let their children live true. 

Founder of Alibaba, Jack Ma said: “You don’t need to be in the top 3 in your class, being in the middle is fine, as long as your grades are not too bad. Only this kind of person has enough free time to learn other skills.”

Song of Solomon chapter 8: “Children are not your children they are the sons and daughters of life longing for itself. They come through you, but not from you. And though they are with you, they don’t belong to you. You may give them your love, but not your thoughts, for they have their own thoughts. You may house their bodies, but not their souls-for their souls dwell in the house of tomorrow.”

See if you want to succeed, all of us need behavior change on all fronts. We talk about the future, but the future is now for all of us!
